Matariki

First why is it celabrated its celebrated besause it is a moari new year like me i’m a maori boy but some other people is like boss of the island maori people was the first colter to be found in histtory maori people like me the real maori people are carving bots and they finish but their names were tiki and tiki auaha and the first maori person was kupe and when they finished carving they would build canus and sail on the canus to earth and they are the kings of finding new zealand .        

 

Next when is it celebrated it is celebrated on the 14 june like a famous person her birthday is on 14 june her name is marla gibbs but any ways it is  a matariki day and that’s when its celebrated matariki and matariki is nice you have some hangi well some people do not eat hangi people love matariki.      

 

Then people do some fireworks and they loud and there’s big ones and they very loud and it took for long for it to finish but when this big one bladed out it was loud it was louder than a gunshot and i saw my friend bronson we did nothing just said sup and then we finished the firework and then left.

 

I thoroughly enjoyed the fireworks display in Glen Innes.
